Console dock, crash analyzer, and a calmer panel

- Added a console that stays with you on every server page. Resize it, maximize it, and watch live CPU and RAM in the header.
- Added crash recovery on Overview. See when the server is coming back, dismiss the incident, or attach the log to a support ticket.
- Added changing or updating a Minecraft modpack from Game Settings.
- Added Join Palworld from the dashboard: the Community Servers name to search, plus a copyable address.
- Added unique names for every new server, so you can find it and rename it from the dashboard.
