How much does a game server cost?
Plans start at $4.95 a month, and Minecraft starts at $9.95. Your price depends on the game and the RAM or player slots you choose. Checkout shows the exact total before you pay.
How quickly is my server ready?
Usually within a few minutes of checkout. Big Minecraft modpacks can take a little longer to download. You can watch progress live in your dashboard and invite friends as soon as it says Running.
Do I need any technical experience?
No. Pick a game, plan, and location and we install everything for you. Your dashboard shows the address to share with friends, and our support team can help if you get stuck.
Which games can I host?
23 games, including Minecraft (with 21,000+ one-click modpacks), Palworld, Hytale, Rust, Valheim, RuneScape: Dragonwilds, and Enshrouded. See every game on /gameservers.
Do my friends need to pay to join?
No. Only the server owner pays. Friends join with the server address using their own copy of the game. You can also give friends access to help manage the server from the dashboard.
Can I add mods, plugins, and modpacks?
Yes. Minecraft modpacks from Modrinth, CurseForge, and FTB install in one click. Every server also includes full file access and SFTP for mods, plugins, and config files.
Can you move my existing world?
Yes, for free. Open a support ticket with your game and current host, and we’ll help move your world and settings over.
Are backups included?
Yes. Automatic off-site backups are included with every server. You can also create your own restore points, restore single files, or download a backup as a ZIP.
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Pay monthly, quarterly, every six months, or yearly. Yearly billing works out to three months free.
Can I get a refund or cancel anytime?
Yes. New purchases include a 7-day money-back guarantee, so ask support within 7 days for a full refund. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, right away or at the end of your paid period. See /terms#refunds for the full policy.

US East, US West, and EU Central, all with DDoS protection included. We suggest the location with the lowest ping for you at checkout.
