Do I need to know how to run a server?
No. Choose your game, plan, and location. We handle installation, and the dashboard walks you through joining. If you get stuck, open a support ticket and we’ll help you get connected.
How long does setup take?
Installation starts after checkout. The time depends on the game and size of the world; large Minecraft modpacks can take several minutes to install and start. Follow progress in your dashboard, then invite your friends once your server is running.
Can you move my existing world?
Yes. We offer free migration assistance. Open a support ticket with your game and current host, and we’ll help you move your world and settings.
Can I try a server and get a refund?

Where can I host my server?
Choose from US East, US West, and EU Central. We suggest the closest location in the plan selector, and you can change it before checkout.
Can I change my plan or cancel?
You can upgrade as your group grows and cancel from your dashboard. Each server runs one game; create another server if you want to play a different game.
