Villages or structures are missing
Official RLCraft needs command blocks enabled. Check server.properties for enable-command-block=true before rebuilding the world.
A player added VanillaFix, BetterFPS, or old OptiFine
The pack author warns against VanillaFix and BetterFPS. Clients should use OptiFine 1.12.2 HD U G5, not the older E3 build.
Back up before every pack update
Create a backup, stop the server, change the complete pack version, and move every player to the same release. Never test an update against the only copy of the world.
