How much does Necesse server hosting cost?
Necesse server hosting starts at $6.95 USD per month. Your price depends on the player slots you choose. Setup help and automatic backups are included. You can see each plan’s monthly price in the selector above.
How do I choose a Necesse plan?
Choose enough slots for the number of friends you want online at once. The 4, 8, 16 and 32-slot plans include 3, 5, 8 and 12 GB RAM respectively. Large settlements, mods and many active players can need more resources; ask us about a busy community world.
Can I transfer an existing Necesse world?
Yes. Keep a backup and upload a compatible save while the server is stopped. Our team can help move the files from another host.
Can I change difficulty, PvP and other settings?
Yes. You have access to supported server and world settings. Some options require a restart or affect only a newly generated world.
Can I add mods?
You can upload mods compatible with the dedicated server and current game version. Check each mod’s instructions for files your players also need, and make a backup before changing the mod list.
What if the server isn’t right for me?
