How much does The Forest server hosting cost?
The Forest server hosting starts at $9.95 USD per month. Your price depends on the memory you choose. Setup help and automatic backups are included. You can see each plan’s monthly price in the selector above.
Which RAM plan should I choose?
Start with 4 GB for a small vanilla co-op world. The 6 and 8 GB options give more headroom for a busy or developed save. Extra memory does not change the game’s normal eight-player co-op limit.
Can PlayStation players join this server?
These are PC dedicated servers for The Forest. PlayStation players cannot join the PC dedicated server.
Can I transfer my existing world?
Yes, compatible multiplayer saves can be transferred. Back up the original files before uploading, and ask us for help if you want to keep an existing group’s progress.
How do I find my dedicated server?
Set a recognisable name, wait for startup to finish and look in the game’s dedicated-server browser. Use the address and joining details from your dashboard if you need help finding it.
What if the server isn’t right for me?
New purchases include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund through support within 7 days of purchase. Read the refund policy. You can also cancel future renewals from your dashboard.
