How to join an Enshrouded server on PS5 or PC
Join an Enshrouded PS5 server through the dedicated-server browser, or a PC server by address and query port. Check your platform, password, version and browser filters.
Join a server that matches your platform: PS5 or PC. berrybyte offers both, but Enshrouded does not support PC/PS5 crossplay at the 1.0 launch. Ask the owner for the exact server name, connection details and your role password.
Join on PS5 or PS5 Pro
- Update Enshrouded and check that you have PlayStation Plus for online play.
- Open the game's Join screen and its dedicated-server list.
- Find the PS5 server using the name the owner gave you. Check that filters are not hiding it and that the server has finished starting.
- Select the server and enter your assigned player password.
If you use an address-search option, enter the complete connection details from the dashboard, including the port. Steam Favorites is a PC-only option.

Join by address on PC
Wait until the server is ready
The owner should wait for HostOnline in Console.
A running process can still be loading its world.
Open Play → Join
Launch Enshrouded, then choose Search by IPv4/Domain. Enter the full address, including the port.
Enter the role password
Use the password the owner gave you. Different passwords can grant different permissions on the same server.
Favourite the server
Use the star in the server browser so it is easier to find next time.
The port is the server's query port. Use the allocated address rather than
assuming 15637.
If the PC server is missing
Enable Show dedicated server in the browser filters. Clear filters that hide password-protected, empty, or nearly full servers.

If joining fails

For server owners
Share the server name, address and a Friend or other suitable role password privately. Keep the Admin password separate. Server settings covers permissions.
Enshrouded isn't cross-platform at launch, so PS5 players can't join a PC dedicated server. Keen is working on cross-platform play but hasn't given a date. For PlayStation groups, choose PS5 hosting instead of a PC server.

Which Enshrouded port do I use to join?
Use the query port from your host's address. On berrybyte, copy the complete Server address from Overview. The self-hosted default is 15637, but a hosted allocation can differ.
Why can I join but not use chests or build?
Your role password controls your permissions. Ask the owner for the appropriate role; joining with a Guest or restricted role does not grant the same access as Friend or Admin.
